St. Patrick's
The distillery is located in the old St. Patrick's Woollen Mills in the Irish city of Cork and revives an old family tradition of the Walsh family. While the great-grandfather of Cyril Walsh, the founder of St. Patrick's, still made his reputation with Poitin, today they also produce Whiskey, Gin and Vodka.
