Clonakilty Port Finish
Clonakilty Bordeaux Finish comes from the eponymous distillery in the south of Ireland, located by the rough cliffs of the Atlantic ocean. The Scully family cultivated barley fields on the foot of the Galley Head lighthouse for eight generations. The warehouses, which are built directly by the coast, and the Mediterranean climate of the Atlantic coast are creating a maritime and lively character for the Whiskey. The triple distilled Blend is made out of 8 year old Grain Whiskey and 10 year old triple distilled Whiskeys from other Irish distilleries. The Whiskey finished in selected Port Wine casks. Limited bottling.
