Glenmorangie launches Triple Cask Reserve
The spicy single malt will be part of the core range
With the Glenmorangie Triple Cask Reserve, the Highland distillery presents a new edition that is being promoted as a particularly flavoursome addition to the standard range.
The Glenmorangie Triple Cask Reserve gets its flavour from the combination of whisky from three different types of cask: ex-bourbon casks made from American white oak, new charred oak casks and rye whisky casks are used for this single malt.
Gillian Macdonald, Master Blender at Glenmorangie, says that tree different cask types as for the Glenmorangie Triple Cask Reserve are very unusual for Glenmorangie - fruity sweetness, strength and subtle spice reveal an extremely harmonious result and delight every whisky lover who enjoys the new, delicious single malt.
Glenmorangie recommends the spicy Triple Cask Reserve for enjoyment neat, on ice or in cocktails. It is released without age statement at 40% ABV.
