Jura 21 Years Time
The Islay Whisky Jura is influenced by the tides of its origin. After 21 years of maturing, the wild climate of the inner Hebrides of Scotland gave it a sweet and maritime character. Additionally to the maturation in Bourbon casks, the Malt finished in casks, which contained peated Whisky before. Through this, the 21 year old Whisky has a slight peated note.
