Hirsch - The Horizon
Hirsch is named after its founder A. H. Hirsch. The Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made with two different Bourbons from Lawrenceburg. 94% consists of a traditional mash bill with 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% barley malt and matured for four years in oak casks. The remaining 6% of the Whiskey is made with a mash with a high part of rye (36%), corn (60%) and barley malt (4%). The smaller part matured in oak casks for six years.
