Nosing: Früchte soft fruit notes, Pfirsich apricot, Trauben Malz Getrocknete Früchte just a hint of dried fruit Nüsse

Taste: Getrocknete Früchte Rosine Trauben (winey to start) but transitions to Süße Honig Minze Floral Malz

Finish: Trauben Sherry Süße very dry.

Comment: I really enjoy this one. This is very different than any other sherry seasoned casks, Amontillado is not something you see every day. I feel like it complements Glenkinchie very, very well. For as much grief the lowland malts get online, this one is def worth a try.
