Finch Rye Edition
The Swabian distillery Finch is led by the owner and master distiller Hans Gerhard Fink. The grain from the own cultivation is used for the Finch Whisky. For the first time, Fink used self-cultivated rye for this bottling. After the distillation, the Whisky matured in ex-Red Wine Barriques for four years.
