Nose: Fresh with hints of malt, hay and gooseberry
Aroma: Sweet with a hint of vanilla

A very old Balblair from the time Balblair didn't have their own bottling line. The bottling and the labeling was done by Gordon & MacPhail.
Original bottling
This is the oldest bottling of the new vintage concept of Balblair. The completely new design of the bottle and the package stands out in every bar.
Original bottling
Nose: Honey, Nuts. It is followed with ripe Banana and pears.
Taste: Sweet and creamy with caramel, vanilla and chocolate. Everything is covered with a distinct fruit note.
Finish:
Long and fruity.
Original bottling
Nose: Rasins, green apple and hints of banana.
Taste: Caramel with vanilla and waves of light oak.
Finish: Complex, spicier then expected but also pretty smooth.

This is an older Balblair that has been exclusively bottled for the Travel Retail.
