This Aberfeldy of the connoisseurs choice series was bottles at 46% ABV from refill sherry hogsheads. Its nosing is with a lot of sherry and toasted malt. The taste develops a lot of fruit and a bit of chocolate. The finish is a bit spicy with bananas.
