To optimize the characteristics, we love about Whiskies from the coast, Ex-Bourbon casks with charred drum covers were used for the Mossburn casks. Goal is to achieve a peated spiciness.

This bottling of Mossburn is a Blended Malt with Single Malts from the Scottish Islands. The maritime and slightly peated Malts matured in American oak, ex-Bourbon casks and fresh, toasted European oak casks.

Cask Bill #2
A mixture of Speyside Whiskies, with a secondary finish in Mossburn Cask Bill #2. Those were specially built Oloroso Sherry Butt with charred drum cover from American oak, which adds to the richness and depth of the aromatic vanilla aroma.
