Comment: The whisky is young but there is no harshness that is often present in young whisky. Thick mouthfeel and mouthwatering. Pepper ever present. The difference between this and Talisker is that Rock Oyster is a reminiscence of a quiet sea and Talisker of stormy sea. Intense sweet-saltiness and long sweet aftertaste.
