would this be. Bottled at 40% ABV with a bright gold color. I have it glass by glass with Bowmore Small Batch to compare. After a few seconds I got to point that both of them are completely different.
About Finlaggan:
Nose: a serious punch of peat smoke (much stronger than Bowmore), new tennis balls (similar to Laphroaig), bananas, dried apples, dried apricots, an impression of an old attic.
Palate: peat, coffee, burnt caramel, bitter chocolate, ashes from a fireplace, stewed apples, apricot seeds.
Finish: caramel, coffee liquor, orange zest, smoke. Medium long and pleasant.
Thank you Christian. It's very interesting Whisky.
84/100
