Have just re ordered this one...as its a very good 14 yr old with complexity and tasty flavours.Watch Ralfys review for a very positive review of it.Very reasonable price,so a good bargain for a quality whisky....best 14 yr old I've ever tried....highly recommend!
@Highlander
I just bought the 20cl Clynelish bottle. Clynelish was the first really old single malt that I tasted. A single cask from 1972. Highly recommended from me also.
@bedlamborn 1972?????thats .....46 years old!Must have cost a fortune..but was delicious!
@Highlander
I bought it 11 years ago so it was cheaper then. But it was fun comparing the 14 year old to a 34 year old and taste the similarities.
Very good as a young whisky and excellent as an old whisky.
@bedlamborn The 14 yr old is more my price range,in fact a bargain for the quality of whisky you get,and at 46% is full of flavours.....I prefer darker,fuller whiskies,but Clynelish is very good for a coastal dram and The Whisky Exchange gives a list of all the tastes within from Heather to Wax!
